he Distillery Restaurants Corp., creators of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits Oyster House & Grill, Madrina Bar y Tapas and Distillery Events is seeking healthy and strong Dishwashers to join our Back of House Team for the bustling Winter Village! The Distillery Restaurants Corp. is the creator of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits, Madrina Bar y Tapas, Distillery Events and Distillery Festivals.

This is our busiest time of year, and if you're currently working in a place where your hours are slowing down, we can work with your current schedule to top up your earnings into January!

We do have some opportunities for permanent roles as well, but we're very open to candidates looking to earn some extra funds during the coming months while retaining their current employment.

We are currently accepting applications for positions that are expected to start in October/November 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

- Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment, dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, utensils and all necessary tools and equipment for kitchen and restaurant use
- Following all health and safety regulations
- Being a team player - supporting and assisting your fellow team members whenever possible
- Communicating with Chefs, co-workers, FOH and management

What we would like you to bring to the kitchen:

- EXPERIENCE. Dishwashing experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- ATTITUDE. the experience is an asset – but in some venues we are willing to train the right candidates. We are looking for someone who has the drive to push through service, loves to learn and wants to have FUN!
- COMMUNICATION. Must have a good grasp of the English language.
