Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

We are currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building strong relationships while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your Primary Focus

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by:

- Answering incoming customer calls and emails
- Providing product information and assisting customers with inquiries
- Preparing and following up on customer quotations
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating shipping updates and communicating order status
- Processing invoices and related documentation
- Working closely with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Building long-term relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities




- Proficiency with:
- Sage 50 Accounting Software
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Copilot

Assets

- Experience in the woodworking, cabinet, millwork, or building products industry
- Previous experience in order processing, quotations, inside sales, or customer service
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
