Job Title: Deboning Butcher

Location: Cookstown, ON

Pay Rate: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Deboning Butcher to join a meat-processing facility in Cookstown, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for deboning, trimming, and preparing meat cuts while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Job Duties

- Debone and trim meat using knives and cutting tools.

- Remove bones, excess fat, and unwanted portions.

- Prepare meat cuts according to production specifications.

- Maintain cutting accuracy and minimize product waste.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

- Keep tools and work areas clean and sanitized.

Requirements





- Previous experience in meat deboning or butchery is required.

- Good knife-handling skills and knowledge of meat-cutting techniques.

- Ability to work in a cold meat-processing workplace.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
