Key Responsibilities:
- Build referral networks generating mortgage business and originations
- Guide customers through mortgage applications and processing activities
- Develop marketing programs, promotions,
and sales initiatives
- Partner with branches to finalize mortgage documentation
- Resolve or escalate issues for timely funding
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- In-depth mortgage lending and regulatory knowledge
- Solid sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Fluency in French and English
