About us
VerifiedAdvisors.ca is Canada’s directory of licence-verified mortgage brokers. We check every broker’s licence against their provincial regulator (BCFSA, FSRA, RECA and others), so homebuyers can find a skilled they can trust. More than 22,000 brokers are listed. Our job now is helping them claim and complete their free profiles.
The role
You’ll call licensed mortgage brokers across Canada, show them their existing profile, and help them claim it. Claiming is free and takes 2 minutes. There’s no selling of leads and no pressure: it’s a genuinely useful, free service, and good reps do well with it.
What you’ll do
- Make 8–10 outbound calls an hour to mortgage brokers, using our call script and CRM.
- Explain the value clearly: a verified profile, visibility when clients search their name, and a free monthly Google visibility report.
- Send profile links, follow up (most claims happen on the 2nd or 3rd touch), and log every call the same day in the CRM.
- Find broker contact details when they’re missing (websites, LinkedIn, brokerage pages).
- Join weekly coaching: call reviews, role-play and objection handling.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years in outbound calling, inside sales, customer success or recruiting. Mortgage, real estate or financial services experience is a strong plus.
- A warm, confident phone manner, and you’re comfortable hearing “no” and moving on.
- Organized and reliable: you log your calls,
follow up on time, and show up for your calling hours.
- You do your homework before a call. (Before applying, look up your own city on VerifiedAdvisors.ca. We’ll ask what you found.)
- Excellent spoken and written English. You’ll be speaking with licensed professionals all day, so you need to explain things clearly, naturally and confidently on the phone, and write professional follow-up emails without errors. Additional languages (French, Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin) are an asset.
- A quiet workspace, a reliable computer and internet connection, and a Canadian work permit.
Hours and pay
- 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, during brokers’ best calling hours (roughly 10–12 and 2–4 local time).
- $20/hour plus $10 for every broker profile you get claimed and completed.
- Full paid training to start, led by our outreach lead: call recordings, scripts and live coaching.
- Remote, from anywhere in Canada.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
