Join The Learning Booth Inc. as a Tutor for an ASD student in a part-time, in-home based role in Ancaster. Your contribution will help foster a supportive learning environment tailored to individual needs, aligning with our mission to improve educational outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Provide personalized tutoring sessions to students with ASD, focusing on their unique learning needs.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and educational activities suitable for online delivery.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to track progress and address concerns.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and session details.




- Collaborate with the team to improve program offerings and teaching strategies.
- Ensure a positive and encouraging virtual classroom environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching primary students.
- Strong communication skills and patience when working with children.
- Experience working with children with ASD or special needs is highly desirable.
- OCT certification or equivalent qualification is required.
- Ability to work independently in an in-home setting.
- Reliable transportation
