Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to conduct pre-arranged consultations with clients in the local area. This is an independent contractor role focused on community education and safety solutions. No previous experience is required; we provide a comprehensive training program to ensure you are fully equipped to educate clients on best practices.

Compensation & Structure Details:

- 100% Performance-Based: This is a straight commission role with no fixed base guarantee.
- Realistic Earnings: Representatives typically average between $3,100.00 and $8,000.00 per month based on sales volume. Top performers have the potential to exceed this range due to our uncapped incentive model.





Core Scope & Responsibilities:

- Access to regular team alignment and strategic planning sessions for business development support.
- Conduct in-person fire safety presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure punctuality and professionalism during all client consultations.
