Sooke Fitness is looking for a high-energy, people-first Front Desk Team Member to be the face of our club and be the first thing our members see, hear and experience every time they walk through the door. If you're working toward your personal training certification or even just thinking about it, this is an ideal place to grow into that role.

What you'll actually be doing;
- Be the energy at the front desk, greeting every member like you mean it
- Manage check-ins and keep member records accurate and up to date
- Help members with supplement and pro shop purchases (yes, you'll learn the products)
- Book tanning appointments and personal training sessions
- Handle calls, emails, and keep the front desk running smoothly
- Be a resource for our members

What we're looking for;
- Genuinely high energy, not performed enthusiasm, actual energy
- A real passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle (this isn't optional)
- Strong people skills, you can talk to anyone and make them feel welcome
- Organized and reliable
- Previous gym, fitness, or customer-facing experience is a big asset
- Sales experience? Even better, we'll put it to good use
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada





Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9am – 8pm (shifts are 4hrs+)
- Friday: 9am to 6pm
- Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Shifts are part-time and scheduled across these windows, flexibility helps.
