Our Crown Corporation client is seeking a bilingual Accountant for a ten-month contract. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will support day-to-day financial operations in a blue chip organization.

The Accountant’s duties will include:

- Validating and posting invoices in accounting systems
- Coordinating weekly payment production and related reporting
- Recording and tracking bank deposits and receivables
- Monitoring contract agreement workflows
- Providing support and guidance on financial processes and policies
- Other related duties as required

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Five years of experience in financial administration
- Strong financial, administrative, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and sound judgment
- Experience with Unit4 / Agresso a solid asset
- Working knowledge of Public Sector Accounting Standards
- Fluent English/French bilingualism
- Eligibility for Reliability clearance
