Duties

- Observe and listen attentively during patient examinations to accurately document clinical interactions in real-time.
- Transcribe detailed notes on patient histories, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ensure all documentation complies with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify information and ensure complete, accurate records are maintained.
- Manage electronic medical records efficiently by updating patient charts promptly and accurately after each encounter.
- Assist in organizing patient information,



scheduling appointments, and preparing documentation for billing or referrals as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information while supporting the clinical team in delivering seamless care.

Experience

- Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is essential for efficient documentation.
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology is required to accurately transcribe clinical conversations.
- Excellent listening skills combined with the ability to type quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining precise and comprehensive medical records.
- Prior experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn.
