Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and effective Server/Cashier to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. This role involves taking customer orders, processing payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Process payments efficiently through cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and cashier stations
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions or concerns professionally
- Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards

Skills

- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance the guest experience
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
