We’re looking for a Service Writer / Parts Coordinator who can help bring structure, speed, and professionalism to our day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

This is a key role in the shop. You’ll be the bridge between customers, technicians, and suppliers.

- Open and manage work orders
- Communicate with customers (updates, approvals, timelines)
- Source and order parts quickly and accurately
- Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Manage invoicing and job completion
- Track job progress and keep everything organized
- Handle incoming calls and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in truck, automotive, or equipment repair environment (strong asset)
- Strong organization and ability to multitask under pressure
- Clear communicator – confident on the phone and in person
- Parts sourcing experience or mechanical knowledge




- Ability to prioritize and keep things moving in a fast-paced shop
- Experience with shop software / invoicing systems (asset)
