Family oriented wall & ceiling company requires Qualified working site foreman, must have minimum 5 years experience running commercial jobs.

This is a working position that will require you to be on the tools on smaller job sites. Sites can very in size from smaller TIs to larger multi level work.

Must be fluent in reading drawings, organizing manpower, doing material take off’s , approving sub contractor invoices and monitoring their work on site.

Experience with mobile construction drawing apps not a requirement but definetly a plus. Must be well organized and work well with other trades and general contractors.

Candidate must have own vehicle.

Pay is based upon experience.

Job Duties:

- Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
- Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
- Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
- Other duties as requested
