We employ agents on payroll, so the focus stays on long-term client relationships.

The role

This is a part-time position of about 24 hours per week, worked as 4-hour shifts. You will sell pre-construction real estate to investor clients using leads that the company provides. You don't have to cold-call for your pipeline.

What you'll do

- Work company-provided leads quickly and consistently

- Present pre-construction opportunities to local and global investor clients

- Log every call, note and next step in our CRM

- Follow up with prospects until they reach a clear decision

- Book and attend site visits

- Guide clients through to closing





- Build relationships that bring clients back and earn referrals

What we're looking for

- Active RECO registration (required)

- Clear, confident communication and strong follow-up habits

- Comfort using a CRM and working from a lead list

- The right mix of ethics, attitude and commitment

Compensation

- $24,000/yr fixed base ($2,000/month)

- Up to $26,000 more on achieving sales targets, for $50,000 gross

- Plus incentives of up to 30% of net revenue on achieving targets

- Plus a quarterly goal sheet: hit your goals to raise your base salary by up to 10%

Schedule

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM shifts. Tuesday to Saturday in office, Monday work from home, Sunday off.
