Responsibilities

- Liaise with Tenants and Contractors
- Conduct daily property checks
- Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and HVAC systems and plumbing, electrical etc. repairs
- Conduct daily reporting and documentation consisting of fire safety, health/safety, property operations checks
- Identify and rectify any deficiencies or maintenance issues
- Advise manager on any building concerns
- Respond to emergency after-hour calls
- Ensure upkeep of daily cleanliness
- Manage internal teams (janitorial and security) while overseeing day-to-day operations
- Other duties as required by manager

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2 - 3 years previous commercial property work experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical,



emergency systems and fire and life safety
- Experience performing minor repairs, painting, drywall, electrical and plumbing
- Work in a secure and professional manner and in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Ability to prioritize and meet necessary deadlines
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead a team
- Bring strong focus on documentation, compliance and responsive service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
