Job Overview

We own 5 pharmacies in GVRD and are seeking a dynamic Pharmacist Manager to join our team with care, enthusiasm and expertise in our Vancouver west end location. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient service
- Oversee medication dispensing, administration, and inventory management to guarantee accuracy and safety
- Expanded scope of practice delivering pharmacy services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans




- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
- Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategies
- Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and inventory for audit purposes

Experience

- Community Pharmacy experience
- leadership skills in working with pharmacy teams within a community healthcare setting
- Prior experience overseeing medication safety programs and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
