Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to diverse patient populations, including children and adolescents, in various clinical settings. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to promote emotional well-being and recovery. The Psychotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, especially within pediatric and hospital environments.

Duties

- Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
- Assess patients’ mental health status through interviews, observations, and standardized tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, educators,



and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Engage in case management activities including patient follow-up and resource referrals.
- Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Experience

- Proven patient care experience with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with case management processes and data collection methods.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to mental health and pediatric care.
- Experience working within special education frameworks is beneficial.

Pay: $52.15-$100.00 per hour
