Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialized mobile equipment and truck-mounted systems, is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead their production team and oversee day-to-day shop operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with 10+ years of experience building trucks and previous Foreman or Supervisor experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily shop and truck-building activities.
- Lead, support, and assign work to shop personnel to meet production schedules.
- Oversee the assembly and building of trucks and specialized mobile equipment.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to specifications.
- Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive shop environment.




- Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience building trucks or specialized mobile equipment.
- Previous Foreman, Shop Supervisor, or supervisory experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of truck assembly and shop operations.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team in a quick-paced production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Safety-focused with a commitment to quality and productivity.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
