Build a province, not just a route

We're an established commercial door service company serving national clients across Canada, and we have committed long-term work in Alberta. We're building a permanent Alberta operation based in Edmonton, and we need one strong person to run it.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be on the tools, and you'll also own the province: the schedule, the quotes, the subcontractor partners and the client relationships. As Alberta grows, your team grows with it.

On your own in Alberta, never on your own

You'll be our person on the ground, but you won't be working in a vacuum. You'll work hand-in-hand with our experienced service management team, who handle dispatch support, parts, purchasing, invoicing and client escalations, so you can focus on doing great work and growing the province. You'll also run your day on our own custom-built software: work orders, door audits, photo reports and quoting, all designed in-house for exactly the work we do. Independent in the field, fully backed by the office.

What you'll do

- Service: preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on commercial overhead doors: sectional, rolling steel, high-speed, dock levellers, sliding doors and gates
- Swing doors: service on commercial swing doors, closers, panic hardware and locks (training provided)
- Quote:



assess deficiencies, build repair quotes, and see approved work through to completion
- Manage: schedule work across Alberta and coordinate subcontractor partners in the southern region, holding them to our quality and response standards
- Represent: be the face of the company to facility managers across the province
- Grow: help hire and train new technicians as we expand
- Planned travel within Alberta (paid, with expenses covered)

What you bring

- 5+ years of commercial overhead door experience; rolling steel, sectional, high-speed doors, dock equipment and operators
- Experience quoting repair work; leading techs or managing subcontractors is a robust asset
- Comfortable with tablet and phone-based service software, photos, reports and email
- Organized, responsive and self-directed: you return calls and close things out
- Valid Class 5 licence, clean abstract, and able to pass a criminal record check
