Position Overview

The wage for this position is $25 - $30 per hour depending on your skills and experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet drivers and manage weigh-in/weigh-out process- Accurately enter vehicle and material data into the system- Handle cash transactions and issue payment slips- Maintain accurate digital records using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers- Keep the scale house clean, organized, and professional
- Support other yard or office tasks as needed

Qualifications

- 3-5 years’ experience in a scale house, dispatch,



or administrative/logistics environment- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organization- Professional, personable, and able to multitask in a busy environment- Dependable and safety-conscious team player
- Interest or background in recycling or industrial operations is an asset
