We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team!

What your day to day would look like:
- Responsible for the assessment of clients (including flexing to the needs of the client for in home, in clinic, or video conference assessments), and the establishment of ongoing treatment plans
- Selecting and utilizing standardized assessment tools
- Writing comprehensive assessment and progress reports
- Provide ongoing speech-language pathology intervention
- Communicate information and recommendations regarding treatment plans to clients and stakeholders within the client’s circle of care
- Maintain current accurate clinical records according to standards set by College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (CASLPO) of Ontario
- Collaborate with other members of the health team as needed to submit Auto Insurance Claim Forms (OCF forms)
- Select appropriate individualized therapy materials and approaches and provide support and education to clients and families
What you need to be successful:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Sciences and Disorders (MSc) or equivalent
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Strong time-management skills required
- Excellent communication skills required with an ability to collaborate with other team members and a strong understanding of when and how to make interdisciplinary referrals
New graduates considered. MVA experience preferred but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
