Title: 360 Recruiter

Location: Malton, ON

Shift: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19 –$22/hr

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and LinkedIn.

- Generate leads, build a client pipeline, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.

- Promote recruitment services, conduct client meetings, and negotiate terms to secure new business.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent client servicing.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to placement.

- Source and assess candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between clients and candidates.

- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, generate repeat business, and increase revenue.

- Maintain accurate client, candidate, and sales records in CRM or recruitment systems.





- Monitor market trends and work toward achieving sales and recruitment targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, client servicing, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong interest in sales, business development, and achieving revenue-driven targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, client outreach, and pitching services.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and recruitment assignments simultaneously.

- A proactive, resilient, and target-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems, and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
