The Account Manager Trainee program is an intensive 6-month program designed to teach you the fundamentals of recruitment. The goal is to train you to manage key client relationships, drive revenue, and lead a team of recruiters. The focus of this role is business development. Your main objective is to build relationships with senior & executive-level stakeholders across various organizations in order to market our services and uncover profitable hiring opportunities.

Key responsibilities : Market our services to senior & executive stakeholders across various organizations. Assist clients in defining the hiring criteria for their open roles. Oversee the fulfillment of your client's open roles.





Full cycle headhunting & recruitment duties as needed. Research and identify key decision-makers within prospective clients. Create business plans and target account sales strategies. Create and prepare partnership proposals.

Negotiate contract terms. Attend networking events.

Update CRM & ATS systems as required. Other duties as assigned.

Must Have Qualifications : Previous sales or customer service experience. polished communication & presentation skills. Excellent work ethic Able to learn current softwares and programs quickly. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills Like To Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Previous B2B sales experience. Previous accounting or finance experience.
