What You’ll Be Doing:

· Work alongside a driven, collaborative team focused on achieving meaningful results

· Own full‑cycle accounting, including AR, AP, payroll, cash flow, and GL reconciliations

· Investigate and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and clean financials

· Prepare clear, timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports that inform decision‑making

· Support month‑end close and annual audit preparation

· Delegate and prioritize tasks to keep work moving efficiently—even during peak periods

· Identify process improvements that make the team and systems stronger

· Partner closely with the Controller and support teammates as needed

· Ensure compliance with corporate policies and best practices

What You Bring:





· Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization.

· Based in Winnipeg or surrounding areas with reliable transportation.

· Accounting diploma or degree.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

· Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.

· Construction or payroll experience is an asset.

· Leadership qualities.
