As an Administrative Assistant, you will support administrative, operational, and human resources functions. Your work includes People2.0 contracts, Bullhorn updates, invoices, reports, onboarding, and employee files. You will also assist Managing Directors and AVPs by maintaining calendars, preparing documents, and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage temporary and contract staff paperwork through People2.0
- Coordinate internal, external, client, and candidate meetings
- Update Bullhorn records and run management reports
- Support onboarding,



employee files, and HR compliance
- Prepare documents, emails, calendars, and follow-up meetings

Requirements:

- One or more years of skilled administrative experience
- Post-secondary education in administration, business, accounting, or HR
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft 365 preferred
