Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Afterhours Receptionists to join our team at Panoramic Properties in Ontario. This vital role ensures seamless communication and exceptional service for our tenants and visitors outside regular business hours, supporting our mission to provide outstanding living experiences. Rather than moving after hours services off-shore we would rather have team members in Canada to provide seamless service for our clients. Day shifts may be available, as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist tenants and potential clients professionally during after-hours.

- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls as needed.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing.
- Handle inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Provide inquiring clients with detailed info on available properties, and book appointments
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and document management.




- Receive payments from clients
- Collaborate with team members to address tenant concerns promptly.
- Triage emergencies and contact team members to ensure clients concerns are rectified promptly.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Customer service experience, preferably in property management or related fields.
- Reliable with a professional demeanor during after-hours shifts.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
