Job Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including strong proficiency in Python and exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Solid understanding of application architecture, system design principles, and building scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, RESTful services, JSON, and object-oriented design patterns.
- Experience developing and deploying Generative AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and conversational context handling.
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or related technologies.
- Experience working with vector database platforms such as Pinecone, FAISS,



Azure AI Search, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Exposure to cloud-based AI services on Azure, AWS, or GCP, with enterprise implementation experience preferred.
- Valuable understanding of ML lifecycle management, model performance evaluation, LLM assessment methodologies, and MLOps practices.
- Experience working with databases, SQL, data pipelines, and enterprise data integrations.
- Understanding of AI governance, security controls, privacy requirements, and Responsible AI principles.
- Familiarity with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
