- Sales & Customer Experience:
- Drive store sales targets and promote key brands or promotional offers.

- Compliance & Age Verification:
- Enforce strict mandatory ID/age verification protocols for every transaction in line with regional and federal tobacco/vaping laws.

- Inventory & Merchandising:
- Monitor stock levels, track fast-moving products, and assist with ordering or receiving shipments.
- Perform regular stock audits, manage returns, and help prevent shrink or theft.

- Operations & Administration:
- Open and close the store, including alarm management, safe drops, POS reconciliation, and cash handling.
