Lead AI engineering across Chubb Canada’s Audit+ program, applying Python, LLM tooling, and scalable production systems to controls automation. This is a full-time role.

As Assistant Vice President Lead AI Engineer, you will build foundational capabilities with regional teams. Your work spans generative AI applications, end-to-end machine learning pipelines, and production-grade platform engineering. The focus includes Claims, underwriting, Finance, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AI-driven Audit+ platforms, assets, and agentic frameworks

Build pipelines for ingestion, features, training, evaluation, and monitoring

Integrate LLM workflows, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions

Optimize model performance, reliability, latency, and cost





Drive implementation and change management with regional partners

Requirements

Solid Python and additional TypeScript, Go, or Java coding ability

Knowledge of Transformers, prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic frameworks

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and high-scale services

Experience with Kafka and observable production systems

Knowledge of responsible AI, model risk, and governance

Bring hands-on architecture, LLM engineering, and AI governance expertise to scalable Audit+ capabilities at Chubb Canada.
