We are seeking a professional and dependable Automotive Shuttle Driver to provide safe and productive transportation services for our dealership guests and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive guest experience by delivering courteous service, maintaining vehicle safety, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of our dealership’s customer service and logistics functions.
Duties
- Safely operate dealership shuttle vehicles to transport guests between the dealership, parking lots, and other designated locations.
- Greet guests warmly upon pickup and drop-off, providing excellent guest services throughout each interaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of shuttle vehicles, performing routine inspections before each shift.
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting the shuttle, offering support as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, such as parking fees or related payments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and dealership policies to ensure passenger safety at all times.
- Keep records of shuttle trips, mileage, and any incidents or maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Able to drive manual transmission
- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with guest services is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse range of guests.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in previous roles.
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely in various traffic conditions and weather environments.
