Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday | 9:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Skyview Security & Intelligence Inc. is looking for experienced, reliable, and skilled Bar / Nightclub Security Guards to join our growing team.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for patrons and staff.

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to provide respectful and professional service to all patrons, including members of the LGBTQ+ community
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of bar, nightclub, or hospitality security experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with relevant security experience, education, or transferable skills may also be considered.

Experience in crowd control, handling intoxicated patrons, and conflict de-escalation will be considered an asset.

Job Responsibilities





- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas
- Manage access control and crowd movement
- Identify and respond to potential security concerns
- Handle intoxicated or disruptive patrons professionally
- Use de-escalation techniques to prevent and resolve conflicts
- Conduct authorized bag checks in accordance with applicable laws and policies
- Enforce venue policies and applicable laws, including the Trespass to Property Act
- Assist patrons and staff with safety-related concerns
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Complete accurate incident reports
- Contact emergency services when required
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment

Interview Dress Code Candidates invited for an in-person interview are expected to arrive in professional attire:
