Responsibilities

- Perform haircuts, styling and grooming services tailored to client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools and work areas
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments




- Build reports with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Proficiency in hair styling, cutting and grooming techniques
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally during service interactions
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products and services
- Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client flow
- A professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
