Duties

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their needs and offer styling recommendations.
- Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.




- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and ensuring a positive salon experience.
- Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to provide innovative services.

Requirements

- Proven experience or training in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while focusing on client needs.
- Excellent communication skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere and promote services.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.00-$38.97 per hour
