Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various food service tasks. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks according to established recipes
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food safety practices
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service




- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management when required
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper hygiene standards

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or food handling demonstrates robust customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy are essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle rapid-paced environments effectively
