Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Take orders, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts




- Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills during busy periods
- Assist in serving food items when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to handle quick-paced environments efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Food service experience is highly desirable, along with hospitality background
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary

Pay: $17.95 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 – 15.0 per week
