BAS Project Manager

Our team of more than 40 employees delivers commercial, institutional and industrial projects, from rapid-moving installations to complex multi-year work. The Opportunity

We are seeking a BAS Project Manager based in Burlington to coordinate projects from award through completion. You will work closely with Design, Technical Operations, Applications, Installation and Service teams, as well as customers, contractors and consultants. We welcome both established Project Managers and technically experienced professionals moving into project management. Assignments will reflect the successful candidate’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage assigned BAS projects through commissioning and closeout.

· Coordinate schedules, budgets, resources, materials and subcontractors.

· Serve as a key contact for customers, contractors and project stakeholders.

· Work across internal teams to coordinate design, installation and technical deliverables.

· Identify risks, resolve delivery challenges and manage scope changes.

· Maintain project documentation, commercial requirements and closeout records.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in BAS, HVAC controls, mechanical or electrical construction, or a related technical field.

· Strong organization, communication,



customer service and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with technical teams.

· Comfort with Microsoft 365 and project management software.

· Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to AccuTemp offices and project sites.

Assets include BAS/construction project management experience, HVAC/DDC knowledge, relevant engineering or technical education, PMP/P.Eng./C.E.T. designation, and familiarity with Procore.

Compensation & Benefits

· Base salary: $80,000–$120,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.

· Vehicle allowance and fuel coverage for required business travel.

Work Location & Travel

Based at the Burlington office, with travel between AccuTemp offices and project sites throughout Ontario as required.
