Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by preparing and serving beverages and food, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Serve food items promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.




- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal requirements.
- Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, utensils, and beverage ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Experience

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential.
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately.
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable.

This role requires a professional attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment. Pay: $17.60-$29.77 per hour
