At Alloy Collision Centre, we believe great results start with great people. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Body Shop Production Manager who can lead our production team, keep repairs moving efficiently, and ensure every vehicle leaves our shop repaired to the highest standards of quality and safety.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in developing people, and know how to balance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

As our Body Shop Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, bringing people, processes, and performance together.

Lead the team: Motivate, coach, and support our technicians and production staff to build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Keep production moving: Oversee the daily workflow from vehicle intake through repair completion, ensuring jobs progress efficiently and stay on schedule.

Drive quality and safety: Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and our commitment to delivering secure, quality workmanship.

Maximize productivity: Monitor repair timelines, technician efficiency, work-in-progress, and shop capacity to keep operations running smoothly.

Coordinate and communicate: Work closely with estimators, parts, technicians, detailers, and management to remove roadblocks and keep everyone aligned.

Solve problems proactively: Identify bottlenecks,

manage changing priorities, and find practical solutions before small issues become big delays.

Develop your people: Provide feedback, support training, and help team members grow their skills and reach their full potential.

Own the results: Monitor key performance indicators, manage workflow challenges, and continuously look for ways to improve shop performance.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience in collision repair, automotive refinishing, or a related automotive production environment.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a body shop or collision repair facility.

A strong understanding of collision repair processes, production scheduling, and workflow management.

The ability to lead by example, hold people accountable, and bring out the best in a team.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

A quality-first mindset with a strong commitment to repair safety and customer satisfaction.

The ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

A continuous improvement mindset and the drive to make things better every day.
