We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast & Room Attendant to join our Paradise Inn & Kitchenette Suites Redwater team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in serving Hot Buffet breakfast and maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of breakfast area and guest rooms and common areas within our hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming workplace for all guests.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize breakfast area and guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Serving Hot Buffet breakfast while maintaining AHS standards.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with special requests from guests or management as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in industrial cleaning settings is a plus.
