About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple business sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key business insights.
- Use Microsoft Excel and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze business data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and analytical needs.
- Translate business questions into structured data analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Document analytical processes, reporting procedures, and findings.
- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.




- 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Academic, internship, co-op, or personal project experience involving data analysis.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and KPI development.
- Exposure to statistical analysis, data modeling, or forecasting techniques.
- Experience preparing dashboards, reports, or presentations for business projects.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data quality management.
