We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier and Customer Service Clerk to join our retail team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
- Stock shelves regularly
- Maintain merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times




- Support the store’s organizational needs by maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Experience with merchandising
