Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier and Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, managing transactions accurately, and creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
- Answer customer inquiries both in person and via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick and accurate service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not required
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos is a plus
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and upselling techniques is beneficial
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
