Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, handling transactions accurately, and supporting sales efforts. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately and securely
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean and welcoming
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and technical questions when applicable
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization




- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via digital channels

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment with excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep work areas tidy and stock properly displayed
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is desirable but not required
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
