Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Peridot Homecare.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality, client-centered nursing care in a home setting, supporting clients with medical needs while promoting comfort, independence, and dignity.

Peridot Homecare is a trusted provider of in-home care services, committed to supporting individuals and families through personalized care solutions. We work closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure safe transitions from hospital to home and ongoing care in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in-home nursing care, including assessments, monitoring, and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform wound care, post-surgical care, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate clients and families on care plans and health management




- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Ensure compliance with care standards and regulatory requirements
- IV/IM treatment at Home

Requirements:

- Valid RN or LPN license in British Columbia
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Experience in home care, community health, or acute care is an asset

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
