We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, articulate, and tech-savvy Chat Support Specialist to deliver world-class service to our creative community and clients.

Position Summary

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the digital voice of our studio, engaging with clients and independent creators in real-time. You will manage incoming text-based inquiries, assist with project tracking updates, resolve billing or platform questions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent typist, possesses flawless text communication skills, and has a genuine passion for art and digital design.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client and community inquiries instantly and professionally through live web chat, email, and internal messaging systems.
- Guide prospective clients through our animation service packages, pricing tiers, and project commissioning workflows.
- Coordinate directly with our internal team of animators and designers to provide accurate status updates on active visual projects.
- Trouble-shoot basic technical platform questions, customer account login issues, and digital file delivery challenges.
- Maintain a warm, friendly,



and brand-aligned tone during all digital interactions to maximize customer loyalty and community satisfaction.
- Document common customer concerns and assist management in optimizing digital self-service FAQ guides.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in chat support, customer success, digital help desks, or high-volume text communication.
- Flawless written English, including perfect spelling, grammar, and a professional yet highly engaging tone.
- Outstanding computer literacy with a fast typing speed (50+ WPM minimum) and comfort switching between multiple browser tabs and chat queues.
- Strong multitasking capabilities, active listening skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with or an interest in the digital art, animation, or gaming industry is a strong asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to fulfill project goals from Red Deer, AB (T4N 1X8).
