Key Responsibilities

Advise executives on data strategy, architecture, governance, and AI readiness

Define Lakehouse, Unity Catalog, Lakeflow, and Mosaic AI standards

Lead pursuit discovery, solution design, estimates, RFPs, and presentations

Direct legacy warehouse and ETL migrations to Databricks

Build assets, partnerships, offerings,



and market presence

Requirements

10+ years technology leadership, including 5+ years executive experience

Enterprise Databricks delivery across Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Lakeflow

Migration experience with legacy warehouses and ETL platforms

Production ML, generative AI, Python, PySpark, SQL, and Spark expertise

Databricks qualified or architect credential, or six-month commitment
