Are you an experienced therapist who loves working with children and youth and is looking for a supportive clinical community where you can continue to grow?

At The Relationship Centre, we're looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our Belleville team. Whether your passion is working exclusively with children and youth or you enjoy a mixed caseload that also includes adults, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) practice, attachment, emotions, and relationships are at the heart of our work. We offer an opportunity to bring your existing clinical expertise into a community of therapists who value connection, collaboration, and continued professional growth.

Previous EFT training isn't required. What matters is your openness to learning and your interest in attachment-based, relational approaches to therapy.

Our established administrative team provides support with client inquiries, therapist matching, scheduling, billing, and practice operations. We also support caseload development through established referral sources and practice marketing.

Who we're hoping to meet

We're looking for a therapist who:

- Holds a master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related clinical discipline.
- Is registered and in good standing with an appropriate Ontario regulatory college.
- Has meaningful clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and youth and is confident working independently within their professional scope.
- Understands the importance of involving parents and caregivers appropriately in children's therapeutic work.
- Brings a warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach.
- Is interested in attachment-based and emotion-focused approaches,



whether or not they have previous EFT training.
- Is available to provide in-person therapy at our Belleville location.

Experience with play-based interventions, family therapy, trauma treatment, or other evidence-informed approaches for children and youth would be an asset. Experience working with adults is welcome but not required.
