About The Den Chiropractic The Den Chiropractic is a family-focused chiropractic clinic in Kelowna, founded by Dr. Kent Rempel and Dr. Emily Rempel. The Role: Chiropractic Assistant (Part time)

This is a part-time position that blends two of our core team roles. The majority of your shifts, you'll be the first face families see at our front desk: greeting patients, booking appointments and taking payments. At some points in your shift, you'll run our neurological scans with our CLA Insight technology and help new patients move smoothly through their first visits.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming patients and visitors and keeping the front of the clinic warm, calm and organized
- Booking, rescheduling and confirming appointments in Jane App
- Answering phone calls, emails and patient inquiries with efficiency and empathy
- Taking payments, and discussing care plan fees with patients
- Assisting with patient intake and keeping patient records accurate and up to date
- Performing neurological scans using CLA Insight technology for new patient and progress exams
- Building out patient files, including preparing scan reports and x-ray marking
- Working closely with our doctors to process new patients and progress examinations
- Being a friendly, familiar support person for patients,



offering encouragement and answering general questions (and passing clinical questions to the doctors)

Who We're Looking For You're someone who makes people feel at ease quickly, keeps track of details without being reminded, and is just as comfortable handling a payment as you are reassuring a parent. You're patient with kids, steady when the front desk gets busy, and genuinely interested in family wellness.

Experience that will help you hit the ground running (assets, not requirements)

- Front desk or patient coordinator experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, dental or other healthcare or wellness clinic
- Familiarity with Jane App or similar practice management software (Cliniko, ChiroTouch)
- Experience handling payments, cash-outs or point-of-sale systems
- Comfort learning and operating new technology or clinical equipment
- Experience working with children in a professional setting, such as childcare, coaching, tutoring or pediatric care
- A background in a customer-facing, relationship-driven role such as hospitality or retail
- A personal interest in health and wellness that makes it easy to speak authentically about our approach

No experience with scanning technology? That's okay. We provide full training on our CLA Insight technology.

The Details

- Position: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week, plus one 5-hour Saturday morning shift/month
- Anticipated hours: Monday-Friday 1:45-6:30 pm, Saturday 8 am -1 pm once/month
- Wage: Starting at $22 per hour
- Location: In person at our Kelowna clinic
- Occasional events: Very occasional evening or weekend workshops, with plenty of notice
- The team: A close-knit, collaborative group that enjoys coming to work

Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 29.0 per week
