About The Role: Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You will carry out routine and reactive cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete daily cleaning duties to agreed standards.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues identified.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and service requirements.
- Carry out basic equipment checks and report faults.
- Complete periodic and specialist cleaning tasks as required.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in positive order.

Skills & Experience

- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Strong timekeeping and reliability.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- Ability to read and speak English to support safe working practices.
