Cleaning Team Member – Growth Opportunity to Supervisor

TRANS4M Cleaning Services is hiring motivated, reliable team members to join our cleaning staff, with opportunities to grow into more hours and potentially advance into a Supervisor position.

We currently need additional help for approximately one week per month, with around 10–20 hours monthly to start. All new team members begin as Cleaners to learn our systems, expectations, and quality standards.

Those who consistently demonstrate honesty, reliability, leadership, initiative, and strong work performance may have the opportunity to take on a Supervisor role, lead their own crew, and receive additional hours.

This is a fast-paced, physically active position for someone who genuinely wants to work, takes pride in their work, and is committed to doing the job right.

Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties

- Clean residential and commercial properties to company standards.
- Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and deep cleaning.
- Use cleaning products and professional equipment safely.
- Follow job checklists and instructions carefully.
- Maintain skilled conduct around clients and their properties.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.

Future Supervisor Responsibilities Team members who demonstrate strong leadership and performance may advance into responsibilities such as:

- Training and supporting new staff.
- Creating and adjusting schedules.




- Ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met.
- Checking inventory and supplies.
- Performing final inspections on deep cleans.
- Leading, organizing, and managing a cleaning crew.

Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership potential.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Ability to travel between job sites; fuel is provided for travel between jobs.
- Flexibility to accept occasional last-minute shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift cleaning supplies, and work in tight or awkward spaces.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Clean criminal record.
- References may be requested.

Hours
- Part-time to start, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
- Approximately 10–20 hours per month initially, with work currently concentrated around one week per month.
- Additional hours may become available based on performance and business needs.
- Opportunities for advancement into a Supervisor role and potentially full-time hours.

Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience and responsibilities.
- Paid travel time between job sites.
- Overtime pay in accordance with applicable employment standards.
- Commission for eligible new customer referrals.
